  • Roughly 4 months.

    Factor in 3 to 6 more weeks for the design phase (design, revise and finalize). Allow a further 10 to 12 weeks for your custom cabinets to be made and delivered.

  • Everything you need from your first call with LINE through to fully specified, ready-to-order cabinetry. It's credited in full to against your cabinetry order.

    The $2,000 design fee includes:

    → A dedicated LINE team, yours from the first call to sign-off.

    → A moodboard before anything's drawn so we know we're on the same page.

    → Up to 2 made-to-order sample doors.

    → Plans and 3D renders of the cabinetry in your room—including links to shop the total look.

    → Three rounds of revisions to perfect your design.

    → A technical check before your order is placed.

    Site measurements and installation sit outside the fee and are handled by your tradesperson.

  • Vanities and home storage start around $3,000, closets at $18,000 and kitchen cabinetry generally starts at $35,000 depending on the size, finish, and complexity. Your full quote comes once the design is complete and the scope is confirmed.

    Direct custom design work with homeowners is $2,000, paid upfront and credited to your order when you proceed - or you can work with us complimentary via your Trade contact.

  • Quality hardwoods, veneers and painted finishes on an engineered wood box. Soft-close hardware, high-performance drawer systems, and considered interior fittings throughout.

  • Most LINE projects come through a designer, architect, or builder. If you have one, they can bring us in. If not, our design package is where we begin. Get in touch and we'll walk you through the process.

  • Yes - Bring us your plans and we'll place our cabinetry into your design and run the order end to end. Prefer to hand it off? Pass your client to us for the full design route — otherwise we work directly with you, never around you.

  • Yes. Three tiers which are applied at order. New partners start at the Studio tier with a 20% discount. We review your tier every 18 months.

  • The relationship belongs to you. If your client comes to us directly later, we let you know.

  • Yes, we prefer it! Send what you have and we will translate them into our product line and flag anything that needs attention before you order.

  • Yes. Samples are available to order any time at cost, and once a project kicks off we ship project-specific samples to you or your client for a fee.

  • Yes. Bespoke door sizes, finishes matched to a specific paint or wood, configurations for unusual layouts, integrated appliance specs, and custom interior fittings. Send the brief and we'll tell you what's standard, what's a small adjustment, and what's a proper bespoke piece.

  • Call us. You'll know your LINE team by name, and they'll be available through your entire install window.

HOMEOWNERS

  • Up to two made-to-order sample doors in your chosen finish are included in your homeowner design fee. Sample handles and knobs are available on request and priced individually. Additional sample chips and doors are available to purchase at cost.

  • Allow 10—12 weeks from order confirmed to delivery. Your LINE team will give you a project-specific timeline once the brief is agreed, which will be updated at ordering.

  • Your installer fits the cabinetry. We support the process with a full set of plans and specs, a care team available for all installation questions, and fast replacement of any parts that need attention.
