Our homeowner design service is currently by waitlist. The $2,000 design fee covers everything from the first call to a design quote, plans and visuals - ready for you to move forward into revisions and order approval.
Here’s what that looks like.→ A dedicated LINE team, yours from the first call to sign-off.
→ A moodboard before anything's drawn so we know we’re on the same design page.
→ Plans and visuals of the cabinetry in your room
→ Two full-size sample doors of your choice to see and feel the quality in person.
→ A price estimate ready for you to request further accessories or inserts if you decide to move ahead with a 10% project deposit.
Site measurements and installation sit outside the fee and are handled by your tradesperson.

Homeowner projects are paid in three steps.
1. Design Fee: $2,000
Covers your moodboard, two door samples, and a first design, reviewed together in a design meeting so you can decide whether to move forward. Credited in full toward your order. Non-refundable once design work begins.
2. Project Deposit: 10% of your estimated project total
Opens the technical design phase, including two rounds of revisions. Refundable, and credited in full toward your order.
3. Final Balance
Your remaining balance sends the order to a final technical review, then into production and delivery. -
Your installer fits the cabinetry. We support the process with a full set of plans and specs, a care team available for all installation questions, and fast replacement of any parts that need attention.
